 Match Case Improvements (PR#81)

* Improved student-facing "fix" for `x :: []` match patterns.
  Now includes the preferred syntax (`[x]`) that should be used 
  in place of the above.
* Added new tests for the match patterns.
* Added CHANGELOG.md (finally)
