• Add extra formatting options for ppx_log: [%log.global.{info_,debug_,error_,}{format,sexp,string}]
• Add [@@level], [@@time] for specifying dynamic time / level arguments.
• Add a refactor tool to convert direct async log functions to ppx_log instead.
• Add [@@legacy_tag_parentheses] as a way to preserve compatibility between some async log functions and ppx_log.
• Have ppx_log output structured message payloads that split out tags from the message label, instead of flattened sexps.
• Don't buffer log messages in [Log.Output.For_testing.create].
